Since when can you see the capitol dome from Dulles?
Totally gratuitous display of lingerie and cleavage in the first three minutes? *So* not a good sign.
How can a geek *not* get an X Files reference?
The **Jeffersonian**??!
I am weirdly intrigued/disturbed by the Jonathan Rhys Meyers look-alike who is canonically not a virgin.
Do they really use *Elmer's* to glue pieces of skull together?
And yes, we know, she wrote a book.
OK, I get it, she gets *no* pop culture references at all. I ... don't really think I buy that. Especially since *she's* the one to recognize the girl.
Oh, god, it's a Chandra Levy storyline. ARGH.
[commercials]
Fast dialogue is only rewarding when it's actually funny.
OK -- but I don't mind the way they planted seeds of doubt in her head about Booth's integrity.
Oh, quit complaining about psychology.
And that's *not* the Hart building, it's the Dirksen. I guess maybe the Hart building looks too modern for their purposes.
She does NOT need a warrant -- he threw the gum away! Don't try to tell me she needs a warrant, I watch Law and Order.
[commercials ... I think my problem is, I'm watching for David Boreanaz, and I'm getting precious little of him.
But I really like the ad with the nuclear techs arguing about BLTs and mayonnaise. They're like the lovechildren of Homer Simpson and Rodney McKay.
And House is back!]
Squints. Actually, I like that. It reminds me of Regency novels, in which the debs with myopia are squinty. Cause you know, if I had lived in another era? I would be squinty.
I don't even get that scene. Booth was totally out of character. Unless he's doing something tricky ... but that's probably too much to hope for.
unhinged!
oh, stop with the in-each-other's personal space, almost-kissing thing.
I don't think you actually aim for the eye. [sigh] I know, I know, deer don't talk.

Judging from the ads, "Head Cases" is gonna be the slashiest show *ever*.]
Oh, holy cow, "Jeffersonian" labs do not have lounge areas furnished out of a Crate and Barrel catalog. If they want drinks, they'll go to a dive bar downtown.
She just *shot* him?
"I'm down with him bleeding to death." Heh. That made me laugh out loud. I hope Oliver-the-stalker is a recurring character.
OK, I actually am liking this last scene.
[commercials ...
That Sprint ad made no sense to me.
Neither did the Volvo ad.]
Funeral --wait! she's being buried next to the Lincoln Memorial??
oh, he's all about the karma. how deep of him. But you know, I actually buy it from his character.
I wish we'd gotten her backstory in similarly measured doses.
But now House is on! And I can't type and watch House.
