happy sigh

So I have faithfully been watching this season of Angel, more out of a sense of duty than with any real enthusiasm. Sure, there have been isolated moments of genius, but WAY too many plodding episodes. But tonight? Tonight was a true, vintage Buffy-universe episode. I LOVE Andrew!! I had forgotten him from last week's promo, and I was so happy to see him (him and his ill-concealed crush on Spike).

There were just so many great moments, and if I hadn't had a couple beers tonight I might take a stab at breaking them down, but as it is I can't do more than beam at the television and repeatedly exclaim, "I love Joss!"
