molly_oFirst: Mark has this thing he does with food. He'll find some snack, like carrots sticks or cottage cheese or strawberry-banana yogurt, and eat it as often as possible for a month or so -- and then that's it! He's had enough, he doesn't want it anymore. I think I'm doing that with Elizabeth Moon. Because lately I've been sucking down her science fiction -- not the more literary Remnant Population (though I read and enjoyed that) but the space opera stuff featuring the Serranos. Seriously, in the last week I've read four of them, and give me another day and I'll be through with a fifth. They aren't crack in the way that Robin Hobb was crack, but they're up there with heroin for addictive quality.
But then last night, I had this dream that was set in my office (except the physical space wasn't anything like my workplace), and by some coincidence the boiler-room personnel all were absent for a few hours, and even though it seemed like a series of legitimate errands, I intuited that it had been engineered to give someone an opportunity for sabotage. And then I woke up and thought, "what's an Elizabeth Moon plot doing in my dream?"
Also, one thing I loved about the Robin Hobb novels, the Liveship trilogy in particular, was the subtle but unequivocal critique of patriarchy embedded in them. Elizabeth Moon tries to do the same thing, and I'm as down with a critique of patriarchy as the next womon, and probably more than most, but Moon's not as deft as Hobb, so it gets to be a little didactic.

What I state below suggests a pattern of Civil Rights Violations at Safe Harbor Shelter, SSF, CA.
Former Van Halen singer David Lee Roth, who now has a severely dislocated knee and wants to be a Paramedic, in front of black males Eli and Greg, employees at Safe Harbor Shelter, about May 2003 stated if he had a gun now, he would kill is dad for bringing porn into the house. Greg just replied: '"Do you want to go to psych?" Roth's book mentions that he had a long history with psychiatric care. Roth told me he gave the launch codes to the nuclear missiles to the Russians and his book mentions Russian heritage. RothArmy.com exists.
About the first Saturday before Xmas (2002) during a party that the East Indians bring in food at Safe Harbor Shelter in South San Francisco it appears persons became sick because, Rock Star, David Lee Roth put Dilantin (no known antedote) that he took from cane-using-large-stomach-obvious-alcoholic Kenn Naatz in the hot water container. The process of elimination initially made Roth a suspect because witnessed by regulars and volunteers, an older female with the initials CP, who I understand used to work for IBM, would regularly eat at the Catholic Church in San Bruno on Saturday's, and then would come to the shelter and drink hot chocolate using water from the hot water container got ill; this ruled out food poisoning from the East Indian food. She has a large bag of medications; likely many were contraindicated for use with Dilantin. She could have gone into a coma, but she vomited; another female with a regular tea drinking habit, a medical professional, went to the hospital, as did others; but I wasn't aware others where sick until the morning and signed a sick list. The night female employee saw my excretions in the bathroom had me sign the sick list, may have been wrongfully removed from her job after the incident. I had a side effect of a hair growth on the side of my breast, a rather unusual side effect for medication, but common for Dilantin. Dave was acting more and more strangely, and was sitting under my bunk on a chair after the incident next to my washed out clothes.
Roth seemed to use he name Dave Curcio on the sign-in sheet; I have hidden other evidence that he uses that name or has false ID (Whois for a website location listed email address that one might expect Roth to use, and mailbox), and evidence that he likely used Pacifica public TV for commercial purposes near listed mailbox; I have seen him near there; Gloria (Barrette?) may have a photo of Dave from a recovery-chip-giving party. She is black, claims to be from Chicago, with perhaps less than high school education, works home health care. The Jewish SF Yellow Cab Dispatcher may have her phone number. She wants a lawyer to sue some Staff members. She also told me former manager Glen got his job there by having a female client lie about another employee. Glen told me his wives by his clothes and I contacted Jerry Brown about this.
It appears Eli didn't seem go into the staff bathroom with Dave when I suspect he was doing his drug test that Glen seemed to order and claimed Dave was on probation, and I doubt any of his suspect drugs tests are accurate and could just be water from the toilet. I feared due to a suspected blood stain on Dave's Shirt near inside elbow that Dave was an IV user so l contacted outside help. He may have also had a blood stain near his rectum, but he may also shave that area. Once I saw Dave with a milky looking stain in the center of his navy blue work shirt.

Arlene Franco (650-771-4452) claims she has a female lawyer who may not be doing anything. In hindsight it seems the real reason she was escorted out by Police at now removed manager Glen's request, is that now removed Female East Indian Director, was contacted by Franco about the movie Treach and the Director I witnessed came "to make peace" with the black male Starving Student mover who brought it in to be shown. Perhaps former Governor Jerry Brown caused the television and movie viewing policies to be changed and may be the only official really interested or concerned about this case who I contacted. Glen I suspect especially liked Monday night ball games, and later that rules were changed to have that in the other room with a TV; prior to that women's meetings were on Monday's in that room. Glen said almost all the fighting was about the TV at the shelter. In storage they have a very large collection of videos. Once they didn't have the TV on and the Shelter got very loud.
The County is supposed to bulk-buying generic drugs; but Naatz an admitted and obvious alcoholic (alleged son of beer test taster; an seems to have a marijuana leaf tattoo); Naatz seems to have been misprescribed Dilantin (nongeneric name), which is completely contraindicated for his alcohol dependence; moreover in Santa Clara County another alcoholic male claims he received Dilantin from a County Medical Facility, which likely also uses WRQ software. On Labor Day 2004, I saw Kenny at Colma BART and he was shaking and told me he was an epileptic, but never remembered him previously shaking. Cathe later told me that means Kenny is now drinking (likely alcohol), and I think she knows him well enough to be right about his problem, and he had a bag that may have had alcohol in it and it was a hot day. I know of other extreme malpractice problems at that facility, so the practices at county level in this area are weak. Cindy Luke (650-834-0207) told me the young female counselor name starting in "M" told her not to talk about this (she was the person Naatz told about his alleged missing Dilantin, and claims to have worked in a pharmacy), or there would be problems and was moved to Federal Senior housing in Belmont although she is not a senior, but she claimed she reported the incident to SSFPD; I was greeted by them next to the Shelter and they claimed to be taking action. Dave was just bunks away from Naatz could have easily removed his Dilantin. Another source claims in 2003 14 HUD certificates were awarded to Spring Street Shelter and given to males only and females were expected to Hotels, etc.
WRQ software used by the San Mateo Health Plan (which may also be used by all the providers they contract with including both SF and Santa Clara Counties) may have not screened or filtered out the Dilantin by Dx, Rx, patient location, and practitioner specialty (I feel neurological tests and specialty were not mandated, demanded or tests to rule out alcoholism before prescribing that medication). Dilantin and in recent clinical trials only worked for two weeks, so it shouldn't even be allowed to be used because other medications seem better; more conservative treatments may exist that Dr. Joel Wallach might suggest, or nutritionists. Pfizer and its divisions I understand have been fined in excess of $10 million dollars regarding various problem practices, including off label sales problems (also known as non-FDA approved uses), and Dilantin may have been their drug because Dilantin's generic name is Phenytoin.
My understanding is the one female was: (1) raped twice at Safe Harbor Shelter; (2) she went to the County's Mental Health center twice; (3) they told her not to go back to Safe Harbor Shelter; (4) she claims she is now only allowed to eat there. The county should have brought in investigations, but I understand two of the County Supervisors and the Sheriff are guilty of Ritual Human Sacrifice (I have two different sources on Cult Sacrifice in this region), and I think they should have awarded the contract to either InnVision or St. Anthony's rather than continue to allow problems to happen at Safe Harbor Shelter. I understand the attractive black female alleges one rape was vaginal and the other anal; both I think happened on the bunks. She may have been sleep-deprived, threatened or drugged; but the bunks have obstructed views; staff may have placed her so that harm could have been easily been done; night staff is often especially corrupt and or lazy, and persons snore loudly . Another black female (possible third drug treatment program may still have a tapeworm, which may be similar to Lyme disease with a low cure rate even with treatment and may silent for years and difficult to detect; Officials may NOT be considering if more than one head needs to be monitored passing out of the body; her stomach seemed large and she seemed to be hording food; she was handing out food without gloves and doing food service without gloves and could be spreading tapeworms), which she alleges she was violated in the Kitchen. I am inclined to believe her because a staff member who looked a little like Saturday Night Live member Garret Morris requested I do extra chores in the Kitchen (later I learned I had inflamed ligaments in my knees); later I was told by staff member Dave, alleged former Black Panther member with two alleged biological brothers also on staff, Gary and Ricky, to stay out of the kitchen. She claims she wrote the East Indian Director about the incident and all she did was move the counselor. She I think has a photo of David Lee Roth at the Chip-giving-Dinner and perhaps, Kenny Naatz, who Roth I believe stole the Dilantin from. Roth and I crossed paths at Daly City transit Xmas 2003. Roth didn't deny doing the drugging when I confronted him about his insecurity. He claimed he wrote Van Halen that he wasn't the person at the Shelter, and was an agent. Manager Glen I understand was a pimp of an alleged white female client named Barbie who allegedly strips in Larry Flint's SF Club, who has was client that allegedly a director saw Glen receive money from in East Palo Alto and then terminated him. Almost all staff only watches TV and/or plays with the computers, especially large black Greg at Night; Greg gave me my former bunkmate's (the young black male called Chris Walker) bus tickets with the wrong bunk number on them, perhaps to try to get me removed after Walker was moved to a different bunk after I made complaints about Walker. Chris Walker wanted to bomb the US and kill president Bush "if he got in his face"; Black Panther employee Dave didn't want me to talk to the paramedics when they came to see about my bunkmate, Walker, who was from Sierra Leone, a child of US military employee, and then I understand had a drug-related heart attack. Chris Walker was witnessed by me going into the female bathroom to get the radio out of it. Employee Gary allowed Chris Walker to stay and told me in the office that Chris Walker's threats where not serious. Chris Walker allegedly was told to leave for stealing and perhaps not confessing to stealing.
Many witnessed Roddewig do unusual things at the computers and claimed their email was hacked; Rodney Roddewig seemed to put a disc in the computers that I suspect allowed him access to the email by remembering passwords because I saw him uncheck "save passwords"; I suspect Roth got Roddewig to do this by bringing in drugs because I saw Roth motion to Roddewig to go to the bathroom; Roddewig is an admitted mentally ill addict, who showed me syringes (wasn't sure if they were medically approved), and later stated publicly at a regular Shelter meeting that those are "triggers" for him. Roddewig told me he that he needs to be encouraged to do things like this, and seemed to want attention. He is a very large male with an alleged high IQ. We were told at meetings that there were plumbing problems from condoms and syringes, and that the male stalls would have there doors removed likely by the county and that the county was cutting their funding by 10 per cent!
My XML code is still missing from my email account and my biz plan may have been removed also, but I had another copy of it elsewhere, and a second attempt to steal out of my Yahoo account seems to have happened and for about the last four years I have suspected hacking after I emailed Bill Joy formerly of Sun Microsystems and received returned email with server names of Nepal locations, Lukla and Patan. Joy may have contacts with the combine of AOL Time Warner as may Roth through their past positions, and the more I complain the more each may seek from that entity. (I am concerned that Martha Stewart may have been framed by the same combine and I think she used to work for them and bought back her company from them, and suspect that US Treasury has been corrupted likely by former US President Clinton, and suspect US Secret Service agent Larry Stewart helped frame Stewart perhaps to so the Combine can get her licenses through reduced stock prices for her company, but when is Secret Service over what I consider SEC and FBI duties?) Furthermore, I publicly stated at the City of Palo Alto City Council meetfing some of my technological concepts; they are possible: (1) Case sort/priority system; (2) renewable resource power supply; (3) anti-missile/tornado system.
In my opinion: (1) Laws need to be made about how shelters are designed, maintained and staffed; (2) Safe Harbor Shelter is not even containing disease; (3) rather they are spreading disease, injustice, dysfunction; (4) they are in near complete Breach of Contract with the County. I wasn't informed when I entered the shelter that it was both for unhoused persons and recovering addicts or that it was a "wet" shelter, likely one of few local government pilot projects of its type and may be attracting some of the most complex cases in the nation.

Almost all staff only watches TV and/or plays with the computers, especially large black Greg at Night; Greg gave me my former bunkmate's (the young black male called Chris Walker) bus tickets with the wrong bunk number on them, perhaps to try to get me removed after Walker was moved to a different bunk after I made complaints about Walker. Chris Walker wanted to bomb the US and kill president Bush "if he got in his face"; Black Panther employee Dave didn't want me to talk to the paramedics when they came to see about my bunkmate, Walker, who was from Sierra Leone, a child of US military employee, and then I understand had a drug-related heart attack. Chris Walker was witnessed by me going into the female bathroom to get the radio out of it. Employee Gary allowed Chris Walker to stay and told me in the office that Chris Walker's threats where not serious. Chris Walker allegedly was told to leave for stealing and perhaps not confessing to stealing.
Many witnessed Roddewig do unusual things at the computers and claimed their email was hacked; Rodney Roddewig seemed to put a disc in the computers that I suspect allowed him access to the email by remembering passwords because I saw him uncheck "save passwords"; I suspect Roth got Roddewig to do this by bringing in drugs because I saw Roth motion to Roddewig to go to the bathroom; Roddewig is an admitted mentally ill addict, who showed me syringes (wasn't sure if they were medically approved), and later stated publicly at a regular Shelter meeting that those are "triggers" for him. Roddewig told me he that he needs to be encouraged to do things like this, and seemed to want attention. He is a very large male with an alleged high IQ. We were told at meetings that there were plumbing problems from condoms and syringes, and that the male stalls would have there doors removed likely by the county and that the county was cutting their funding by 10 per cent!
My XML code is still missing from my email account and my biz plan may have been removed also, but I had another copy of it elsewhere, and a second attempt to steal out of my Yahoo account seems to have happened and for about the last four years I have suspected hacking after I emailed Bill Joy formerly of Sun Microsystems and received returned email with server names of Nepal locations, Lukla and Patan. Joy may have contacts with the combine of AOL Time Warner as may Roth through their past positions, and the more I complain the more each may seek from that entity. (I am concerned that Martha Stewart may have been framed by the same combine and I think she used to work for them and bought back her company from them, and suspect that US Treasury has been corrupted likely by former US President Clinton, and suspect US Secret Service agent Larry Stewart helped frame Stewart perhaps to so the Combine can get her licenses through reduced stock prices for her company, but when is Secret Service over what I consider SEC and FBI duties?) Furthermore, I publicly stated at the City of Palo Alto City Council meetfing some of my technological concepts; they are possible: (1) Case sort/priority system; (2) renewable resource power supply; (3) anti-missile/tornado system.
In my opinion: (1) Laws need to be made about how shelters are designed, maintained and staffed; (2) Safe Harbor Shelter is not even containing disease; (3) rather they are spreading disease, injustice, dysfunction; (4) they are in near complete Breach of Contract with the County. I wasn't informed when I entered the shelter that it was both for unhoused persons and recovering addicts or that it was a "wet" shelter, likely one of few local government pilot projects of its type and may be attracting some of the most complex cases in the nation.

I suppose it's really awful of me to take esthetic pleasure from something that's clearly the result of mental illness -- but then you could say the same thing about The Throne of the Third Heaven of the Nations Millennium General Assembly, and that's in the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
