Also, we saw POTC:AWE, and it was good. I could not begin to keep track of the various subplots and doublecrosses (which they were possibly just singlecrosses, but I still couldn't keep track of them). But the actors were never less than adequate (and often considerably better than that), and Sexiness Abounded. Possibly the only disappointment was Chow Yun-Fat, because I LOVE him, and I wanted him to have a different sort of role (and, honestly, to do a better job in it). Oh, and the effects? They were aMAzing.
