soft-serve cone and rocket pop: $3.95
necking at the Jefferson Memorial with a nickel to spare: priceless
It really was a lovely day.
Also, we saw Superbad last night. I really liked it; Mark thought it had hilarious moments and was very well made, but he just couldn't handle the vicarious humiliation. (There were so VERY many embarrassing moments -- though for me they were nicely offset by the rare triumph.)
