i don't think that means what you think it means

In many European countries, especially the ones where German is widely spoken, they call a cell phone a "handy."

Also, MTV-Europe features dubbed versions of shows like "Pimp My Ride" (about tricking out your car), as well as home-grown shows like "Pimp My Whatever" (the episode we saw had a guy fixing up his dog's house to look like a castle, complete with moat and drawbridge).

Thus it's only logical that ads for screenshots and ringtones and other doo-dads to embellish one's cell phone refer to "handypimping."
